Draft for legal review. These terms are a working draft based on Tujé's software licence draft. They are not yet in force and will be finalised by counsel, including the contracting entity and governing law, before launch.
Draft prepared November 2026.
About these terms
These terms are between you and Tujé, operated by Apercu Ltd. By using the Tujé member app, you agree to them. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your information.
Using Tujé
Tujé gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the member app to discover places, hold your member pass, collect points, prepare eligible rewards or discounts, manage your preferences and view your receipts.
Your account
- Your account is for you alone. Please don't share it or let anyone else use your pass.
- Keep your phone number up to date, as it is how you sign in.
- Tell us through Support if you think someone else has used your account.
Points and benefits
- Tujé points, place points, rewards, discounts and member-only prices are membership benefits. They are not cash and can't be exchanged for money.
- Each benefit is shown in the app, with the place it applies to, before you use it.
- A prepared reward or discount is held for a short time and becomes final only when the counter confirms it. If it expires or you cancel it, the points are released.
- Benefits may have limits, such as per visit or per day, which the app shows.
- If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the points and benefits linked to it may be reversed too.
What is not allowed
- Creating false visits, rewards or activity, or trying to use a benefit twice.
- Getting around security checks, limits or location rules.
- Copying, scraping, reverse engineering or reselling the app.
- Interfering with how Tujé works for other people.
Changes to Tujé
We may improve the app, add or pause features, or change programme rules. When a change affects you in a meaningful way, we will tell you in the app beforehand. Confirming points, rewards and discounts always needs a connection.
Ending your membership
You can ask to close your account at any time in Settings, then Privacy. We may suspend or close an account in cases of fraud, misuse, security risk or a legal requirement. Some records are kept after closing, as explained in our privacy notice.
Law and disputes
The governing law and the place for resolving disputes are still being confirmed and will be stated here before launch.
