Is a screenshot of my pass safe?
Yes. The code refreshes every few minutes, so old screenshots stop working.
What do staff see?
Your name and the benefits for their place. Nothing else.
Tujé points or place points?
Tujé points work across the city. Place points belong to one place.
What if I don't use a reward in time?
Your points come straight back.
Are points worth cash?
No. They're for rewards and eligible discounts.
How do Tujé membership levels work?
Everyone starts as Explorer. Keep visiting to reach Insider.
Can I download or delete my data?
Yes. In the app, go to Settings, then Privacy.
